What is the CWRA+?
The College and Work Readiness Assessment (CWRA+) is a performance-based assessment that measures the development of critical-thinking and written-communication skills. The CWRA+ is delivered online, and students will receive both a Performance Task (60 mins) and set of Selected-Response Questions (30 mins).

Why Do Schools Participate?
Schools participate in the CWRA+ to estimate the extent to which they contribute to the development their students’ of critical-thinking and written-communication skills. Collecting this information is one step in the process of improving teaching and learning.

Why Do Students Participate?
The students who participate in the CWRA+ contribute to the results and data that inform their institutions about student learning. The more students that participate in the assessment, the more confidence an institution can have in its results.
